Variations to the Spanish Rhythm with the Rasgeuado

The same variations that were done on the basic rhythm (forms 1.2, 1.3) can be done to the basic rhythm with the Rasgueado as below:

1. Bass note of the chord is hit downward with the thumb (T)

2. Rasgueado; four downward sequential strokes: Pinky (P), Ring (R), Middle (M) and Index (I)

3. One upward stroke with the Thumb(T)

4. One upward stroke with the index finger (I)

5. Final downward stroke with the index finger (I)

Next we will add a twist to the basic form by adding a palm muting step in between the strokes of the original basic rhythm.
